Delivery & Shipping Information

Plain Packaging – Your Privacy Matters
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. Your privacy and confidentiality are always our top priority.

Delivery Charges & Standard Delivery

• Our standard delivery is handled through TCS Courier.

• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am – 5:00 pm.

• We aim to deliver within 3 working days, though many orders arrive sooner.

• No deliveries are made on public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be delivered the next working day.

Important Notice

If an item is returned to us because of:

• An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer, or

• The buyer failing to collect the parcel from the courier office

We will only reship the order once the buyer pays the repostage costs. Alternatively, we can refund the item cost minus postage and packaging fees.

Glossary of Terms

• We / Vitality.com.pk – refers to the seller.

• You / Buyer / Customer – refers to any person purchasing items from pelvictherapy.com.pk.

• Postage – refers to the third-party delivery service (TCS or others) used by Vitality.com.pk.

Update on Shipping

• Current delivery time: 3–4 business days with TCS or Leopard Courier.

• In some cases, delivery may arrive next day or take up to 4 days.

• We dispatch orders the same day after confirmation by text or call.

⚠️ Advance Delivery Charges:
Due to many customers not answering courier calls, we now require an advance payment of Rs. 700 (including taxes) for delivery charges.

At PelvicTherapy Pakistan, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Return & Refund Guidelines

1. Notification: You must inform us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. Please contact us at info@pelvictherapy.com.pk to request a return authorization.

2. Condition of Item: The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Authorization: After your request, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send back the product.

4. Shipping & Handling Costs: Return shipping charges and handling costs will be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe return delivery.

5. Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Refund Amount: You will be refunded the original purchase price minus shipping and handling fees.
