Payment Terms

Payments are preferred using Credit or Debit Cards through our secure payment system on pelvictherapy.com.pk.
You do not need accounts like PayPal – all major credit and debit cards are accepted.
We do not accept cheques, postal orders, or cash.

Plain Packaging – Your Privacy is Our Concern
All items are shipped in plain, discreet packaging to protect your privacy.

We usually ship through TCS, MNP, or Leopard Courier. Shipping costs vary based on weight and order size.
Tracking details will be shared within 12 hours of dispatch.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day. During busy periods, dispatch may take 2–4 working days.
Delivery to major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.) usually takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery to other cities usually takes 2–4 working days.
These times are estimates only. Delays are possible.

Purchasing any product from pelvictherapy.com.pk means you agree to these warranty terms.
Standard warranty period: 1 month.
Any issues must be reported within the warranty period by emailing info@pelvictherapy.com.pk.
We may request photographic evidence of damage or defect.
Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund, replace parts, or replace the product at our discretion.
Refunds will only be provided if the product is discontinued and no replacement is available.
We may, at our discretion, provide replacements of equal or greater value.
These terms do not affect your legal rights as a customer under Pakistani law.

If you change your mind, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Refunds will be arranged, but shipping and handling costs will be deducted.
